Dan stayed at Petite
Paris Apt482 Delphine's luxury home on the Seine
"We
were very happy to stay at Delphine's place in Paris. The location was
excellent and could not have been any better for us. The apartment
was great. An older charming Paris apartment in a beautiful older
building right on the Seine. Perfect! Delphine was great in responding
to our questions and needs. When there was a problem with the TV she was
right on it to fix it immediately. We had a fantastic time and I was
happy to renew visiting my old haunts from the past.
All in all the experience was wonderful. You made it easy for me with
your concern and keeping in touch. We would definitely use Delphine
again for our next trip to Paris and would use your service and
recommend it to anyone we know who is thinking of renting an apartment
in Paris. Thanks again for your help in placing us there. A bien tot!

Maddy stayed at Petite B&B433 Natacha's rooftop home
"It was such a breeze to reach Natacha’s B&B - a very short distance
from the metro. On arrival I was greeted very warmly by Natacha and her
gorgeous little off-sider Dixy. We then stepped out on to the
impressive roof top terrace which was filled with greenery and
spectacular vistas.
The room with ensuite was spacious, comfortable, bright and airy. A
bookshelf, small table and chairs, coffee and tea was at one’s disposal.
Being an early bird, I enjoyed my freshly brewed coffee and a
traditional French and hearty breakfast with Natacha. In addition, every
morning Natacha would place one new and fresh French pastry as a
tasting treat.
The
wonderful sites and experiences of Paris were extraordinary and
Natacha’s knowledge of her ‘backyard’ was welcoming and informative. I
thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Natacha’s B&B. I cannot thank her
enough for her generosity and it would be really lovely to return again.
The
passages are old-fashioned shopping malls from the late 1700s and early
1800s that provided cover from rain, mud and horses for the chic
shopping ladies of yesteryear. There is something special about these
secret little passageways. Walking into each one feels like you are
unwrapping a different gift. There are ones that silently slide off
major streets revealing hidden gems under coloured, colourful galleries.
The most famous passage is Vivienne (MAP)
in the 2nd Arrondissement with its spectacular mosaic tiles and great
shopping - the modern art gallery is found here as well as a fabulous
florist, a killer tea salon A Priori The, and a book store of rare finds, Bistro Vivienne, a fine wine shop and the creme de la creme is Jean Paul Guaultier - and more.
Passage Colbert (MAP) is also beautiful, possibly more grand than Vivienne - above is the brasserie Le Grand Colbert, from the movie 'Something's Gotta Give'. Utterly romantic!
Panoramas Passage (MAP) is the oldest with many restaurants and cafes and a fabulous engraver.
Jouffroy Passage (MAP)
specialises in toys and a great needlepoint shop, old movie posters,
Lebanese pastries and the wax museum of Paris, Musée Grévin is here.
Verdeau Passage (MAP) specialise in antiques, comics, musical instruments and engravings), among others.
