Welcome to our chic Parisian studio, simple yet charming and quaint decorated with taste and style and with all the amenities a traveller looking to live privately, would need. Located in a typical Haussmann building on the 5th floor (lift) in the bustling and very central and exciting 9th arrondissement but on the very border of the 2nd arrondissement, so walking distance to the Opera, the Galleries Lafayette Department store and so many more major attractions are within reach on foot such as the Palais Royal near the Louvre, Place Vendome and the famous and festive open air market on rue Montorgueil, as well as Paris beautiful historic passages are in this area.The Seine and the Marais are also easy to reach via metro in approx 15 mins and the village of Montmartre is 20 mins on foot, 10 mins on metro.

Welcome to your home away from home. A quaint simple yet tastefully studio apartment in Paris with all the amenities travellers could need for an independent stay in Paris living like a local in their own apartment.
Located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a traditional Haussmann building, the studio is 14m2 and offers a bed/lounge area (a comfortable sofa bed for 2) a small kitchen corner with the basic amenities, cook top, sink, mini fridge, appliances and utensils and a shower room with toilets.
There is a large window which brings in a lot of light and feeling of space. Free wifi.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located in the heart of Paris near the triangle Opéra/Madeleine/Department stores (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette) - a very lively area, smart with beautiful Haussmann buildings with direct and fast access to all the major attractions.
You can visit a large part of Paris by foot: begin your day with a walk to the Palais-Royal 10 mins walk away and remember to get a coffee at cafe Kitsune in the Palais gardens (one of the best coffee spots in Paris - OR go to Cafe Nemours for a classic Paris cafe experience) and visit Le Grand Colbert (one of Paris’ historic Passages). The Tuileries is not too further off from the Palais (extra 8 mins walk) and there are many cult classic cafes around this area. Or go shopping in the department stores, or around rue Montmartre, rue d’Aboukir and Rue Etienne Marcel.
Or walk the famous rue Montorgueil (10 mins away on foot) for fresh foods and many cafes and restaurants. The oldest Patisserie in Paris is there (Patisserie Stohrer) as well as Lockwood (Restaurant and bar) for wonderful coffee too, a good breakfast and lunch spot and great wine bar at night too. Also the famous ‘Frenchie’ restaurant and wine bar nearby on rue de Nil.
Les Halles is the commercial shopping district nearby. Rue Martyrs is another wonderful street to walk (8 mins away on foot) with many shops which goes uphill and leads towards Montmartre (total approx 20mins)
Very close is the magnificent Opera created by Garnier (visit the website for performances) and you can easily reach via foot or faster by metro the famous Louvre Museum and d'Orsay Museum. You can easily join (by direct bus or subway lines) Montmartre, Saint-Germain, Saint-Michel, the Marais Area and the Tour Eiffel.
TIPS: Best burgers in Paris are found nearby to the studio at Big Fernandos (5 mins walk) on rue du faubourg Poissonniere. Amazing Paris art nouveau and award winning food and wine bar at Vivant on rue Petites Ecuries (5 min walk). Amazing bio organic breakfast or lunch spot at BioBoa Restaurants (10mins walk) on rue Montmartre.
