...from the streets of Paris!! yep we're still here loving la vie Francaise and just enjoyed a lovely weekend of eat-everything-in-sight :D will post weekend photos soon. Happy Monday everyone :)

The glow of the sun that fell over Paris on Saturday morning was just spectacular, magical...and had me stuck staring at random bits of sun-lit walls utterly mesmerise..in a weird 'american beauty' kinda way LOL

aaah Monday!!.. I need 'un cafe' - and by that I obviously mean a mocha latte, a glass of rosé, along with a little tarte, maybe some madeleines and of course, plenty of undisturbed lounging time à la Parisien. today...I chose un cafe back in time at Priori des Thes @ Galerie Vivienne :)

off the beaten track on a dark corner, this is typical paris midnight mysterioux ... never expected to find a creperie here! not exactly a people watching place (lol) but a strangely peaceful and intriguing corner quietly devouring nutella banana almond crepe yumminess

a paris playground somewhere in the 9th... discovering the undiscovered... paris' gorgeous 'squares' are so sweet - little oasis' that enclose you in a picnic perfect scene and somehow blocking out all the choatic city noise...@ Square Montholon

Paris is my Valentine!...today i simply couldnt resist a dreamy trip to the Musée de la Vie romantique - a museum and garden tributed to the 18th-19th Century French Romanticism. the quaint, free permanent exhibition museum stands at the foot of Montmartre Hill in a 1830s hotel particular facing two twin-studios, a greenhouse, a small garden not to be missed and a paved courtyard. Spent a few quiet moments loving me loving Paris loving love! hehe :) happy love day everyone! 16 Rue Chaptal 75009

in paris yesterday i re-discovered the 16th...the 'sweet' 16th, haussmann-heaven hood of Paris. This upscale residential area is often overlooked with seemingly less to do and do, but its amazing and SO MUCH to see/do especially if you want to see the 'real' residential paris... im in love! i walked and walked, discovered the bustle of Rue Annonciation - a gourmet pedestrian strip/open market with a gorgeous village atmosphere as residents go about the important business of food shopping, its a parade of numerous cafes de The too, discovered Passy Park, the stunning Maison de Balzac and Musée Marmottan Monet and then lost myself in an eiffel daze as i wore my camer out crossing over to the 15th... hehehe :)
