The Neighbourhood:

A 10-min walk to the Seine and Eiffel, this B&B in the luxurious 16^th, is close to the Champs-Elysées (1 min walk), Metro ‘George V’ and behind the famous Louis Vuitton building. The area is known for its luxury stores, shopping, covered galleries, cinemas, music-halls such as ‘Lido’ and ‘Crazy Horse’ and restaurants. 

The Accommodation:

A beautiful 1830 building, the apartment on the 4^th floor (with lift) is elaborate and refined, in light and relaxing colors. The two guest rooms are on opposite ends of the hosts own living area offering privacy.

The Guest Bedroom:

Both quiet guestrooms (14m2) open over an inner yard, have French oak floors, TVs, wardrobe, desk, sink, Wi-Fi and ingredients for warm drinks. Room 1: double bed (140x190cm) Room 2: twin beds (90x200cm).

Breakfast:

Served between 7-10am. It is typically French and consists of warm drinks, juices, butter, jams, croissants and baguette. For an extra 5euro per person, ham, cheese, boiled egg and fresh fruit can be offered.

The Hosts:

Francis and Soizic, are in their early sixties and speak English. They have been offering their B&B since 2010 and love meeting travellers. They are knowledgeable about Paris and will give great cultural advice.
