Located in a typical Haussmann building in the very central and exciting 9th arrondissement (on the very border of the 2nd arrondissement) walking distance to the Opera, the Galleries Lafayette Department store and so many more major attractions are within reach on foot such as the Palais Royal near the Louvre, Place Vendome and the famous and festive open air market on rue Montorgueil, as well as Paris beautiful historic passages are in this area. The Seine and the Marais are also easy to reach via metro in approx 15 mins and the village of Montmartre is 20 mins on foot, 10 mins on metro.
