Furnished in traditional Parisian style, your Host France-Isabelle offers a comfortable 23m2 cosy guest room/suite which has a bedroom alcove, a living area and an ensuite overlooking a quiet inner garden with a small terrace. This B&B can accommodate up to 6 people as a second guest room (#303) can also be offered accommodating 2 more guests.

Centrally located you are able to reach major areas and monuments in Paris on foot. The Trocadero Garden and its museums are just 15 minutes' walk; the Seine and the Eiffel Tower close by; the Ranelagh Gardens where the famous Marmottan museum is located; the wine museum where you can enjoy tastings and Balzac's house which is always open and free.

Also, a few minutes' walk from the apartment (10 minutes approximately) you will reach the Bois de Boulogne, the largest forest of Paris. The RER whose lane follows the river Seine will take you to the Eiffel Tower, to the Invalides and to Notre-Dame Cathedral in a few minutes.

This B&B apartment feels more  like a house as it is located on the ground floor of the building and has its own private entry and a terrace above where the windows of the bedrooms open onto a large garden.

It is furnished in a traditional French style with old pieces of furniture and lots of artworks and paintings. Two large mirrors on the right and left hand sides make the apartment appear larger than it already is.

Ideal for the Bed & Breakfast activity as the rooms all open on to the main room which is the dining room, from which you can reach the hall, the living room, the kitchen, the guest room, France-Isabelle's bedroom and a second and smaller guest room

The Guest Room:

The main guest room is large - 23 square meters - and is divided into three parts: an "alcôve", a living space and a private bathroom. It is quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Thanks to its soundproofing and opening on to the garden, you may completely relax peacefully.

The "alcôve" is equipped, on your request, with either a large new king size bed (160 cm X 200 cm) or two separate beds (80 X 200), plus bedside tables and lamps. Without any particular request from you, it will be prepared as a double bed. Bedding is without feathers.

Bathroom:
The ensuite bathroom is private for your group use only. It is equipped with a bath, a wash basin and toilets. The bath offers a hand-held shower. Bath towels, bath products and a hair-dryer are always at your disposal.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served by France-Isabelle in the Kitchen. It is very substantial made up of fresh baguette, croissants or chocolate breads, warm drinks such as coffee, warm milk or chocolate, several teas of different flavours, Orange juices, honey, butter etc. You will especially appreciate the delicious jams with different rare and refined flavours that France-Isabelle purchases from the delicatessen.

This is one of our rare B&B’s where you may not be the only paying guest at the one time and where the housewife is assisted by an maid.

About your hosts:
Yours hosts, Constance and Guillaume are siblings. They have help with their B&B activity from Yola, a house maid who has long been in the family. Constance has been involved, since 2009, in the B&B activity created in 1999 by her mother who was a decorator. Constance studies at university and she speaks English and Spanish well. The house maid, Yola (of Polish origin) speaks only a little English.

You should select this accommodation for the beauty of its interior and the privacy that it offers. Also if you do not mind not being in much contact with Constance; even if she is often at home she devotes much of her time to her studies.

The dwelling:
This large apartment (270 square metres) offers two guest rooms as a Bed and Breakfast. Located on the first floor (with lift) of a high standing, freestone building, constructed in 1910, your host residence is calm and bright. It has a splendid and rare view from the windows of the Tour Eiffel.

The decorative jewelled décor throughout the residence, reflects Constances’ mums passion for interior decoration.

Your hosts invite you to relax in their living room or, according to their availability, join them for an aperitif or a cup of tea.

Bedroom #142
Bedroom No 142 and its en suite bathroom are a very intimate and private high class space. The calm and luxurious decoration and atmosphere of this large bedroom will delight you. It offers a queen size double bed (160 X 190) with feathers pillows and a cable television (200 channels). Pillows without feathers can be put at your disposal upon request if you suffer from allergies. Please specify when you confirm your reservation.

Thanks to its soundproofing you will rest perfectly in this lovelly room. On the walls you will find portraits of the hosts ancestors and the statue of St Pierre.

Bathroom for bedroom #142:
The bathroom is covered with white and black marble and decorated with glass and golden objects. This bathroom is for your private use. It offers two washbasins, a bathtub, a shower and toilets. A hair dryer and bath towels are at your disposal.

Bedroom #143
Bedroom: The bedroom and its bathroom constitute a very intimate and private space (30m2).

Decorated with refinement with Asian antiquities that your hosts  ancestors have carried down. The warm atmosphere and asian art  decor of this bedroom will delight you.

Thanks to its soundproofing you will rest perfectly in this universe of peace and softness. If you are somebody studious, you will love sitting in front of the desk and will start to dream by contemplating Eiffel Tower. The bedroom 143 offers a double bed (140 X 190) with feather duvets and cable television (200 channels).

Bathroom for room #143
An en suite bathroom with washbasin, bath with Jacuzzi and shower in bathtub and toilet is available for your private use.
Hair dryer and towels are at your disposal.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the luxurious kitchen or dining room as you prefer, by Constance or Yola.

You will appreciate the quality of the products offered. Your host will offer fruit juice, warm drinks, corn flakes, butter, jam, honeys, yogurts, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, fruits and lots of different croissants and breads. NEW Apartment B&B 373

Located in the 12th arrondissement, close to Bois de Vincennes, you are welcomed by your lovely host Francoise in this newly renovated apartment.

Located on the 5th floor of a 1935 building, this apartment exudes an atmosphere of warmth and homeliness.

As a unique arrangement, Francoise offers you her entire apartment as a hosted B&B from Friday to Monday where she will offer sumptuous french breakfasts each morning, but from Tuesday to Thursdays the apartment is offered as an unhosted self contained apartment where Francoise leaves Paris and you will be on your own. Its the best of both worlds; experiencing Paris through the eyes of a local and then living like a Parisian in your own apartment.

About your host: Born in Touraine, Francoise is a world traveller (her favourite destination being India) and has a love for meeting people which led her to opening a guest room in her cosy apartment in 2009. She likes to receive people in a lively and joyful way and today she is a Motivational Coach, President of the well-being association and conducts workshops on the joy of living each week.

The Apartment: The 51m2 apartment consists of a dining/living room (21m2), kitchen with all the essentials, guest rooms and bathroom. The hall opens onto all the rooms of the apartment and the atmosphere is bright and fresh with the sun streaming in through the dining room in the morning and guest bedroom in the afternoon.

The Guest Bedroom: is quiet and bright. Equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, small writing table, bedside table, lamp and fan. Decorated in pink and green hues and has wooden flooring.

The Bathroom: Completely renovated the bathroom is beside the guest room. Toilets are separate and in front of the guest room. From Friday to Monday they are to be shared with Francoise who is very discreet and always gives guests priority use. From Tuesday to Thursday it is for guests private use.

Breakfast: Francoise is very health conscious and offers vege/organic breakfasts. In the best French tradition it consists of warm drinks, tea, coffee, herbal teas, orange juice, yogurts, fruits, cereals, fresh croissants and baguettes with butter, jams and honey. On the days where Francoise is not hosting, guests will need to prepare their own breakfasts - the necessary products will be at your disposal. Otherwise you must go to the nearest bakery to buy your fresh croissants and baguettes just like the locals.

Additional info: Non smoking apartment, your host does not wish to receive any pets, you have access to the telephone and internet and an iron and ironing board is available upon request.

Additional services: Your host offers fresh home cooked dinners for 20euros including wine. Cleaning is carried out everyday when Francoise is at the apartment. Otherwise every 4 days.

Rates:
1 person = 103euro per night
2 persons = 115euro per night.
