InTRO

Two quaint bedrooms are offered at this traditional B&B home ideally located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. With single beds in each room this is ideal for friends travelling together needing separate beds or rooms. Located very close to the Eiffel Tower and accessible with 5 nearby bus lines taking you easily and quickly anywhere in Paris. The seventh district is also very central, and if you like to walk you go reach many tourist places on foot.

aBOUT your host
Odile is a young grand-mother. She has always lived in Paris and knows her city very well. She will be able to give you good advice for your visits and help you for reservations of shows, concerts or theatre. 



According to her schedule, she can go with you to the subway station to help you when buying your tickets, or go with you by bus to the Louvre or Palais-Royal. 


Odile speaks a little English and Spanish.
She is used to receiving guests at her home and she knows how to welcome them in a very friendly way. 




aBOUT the neighbourhood
Odile lives in the 7th district, a rich and very tourist area, very close to the Eiffel Tower (less than 5 minutes' walk). 

Within a short walk (10 minutes' walk) you will reack Rue Cler and visit its well-known all over the world market. Very close, you will have Rue Saint-Dominique with many shops, the Rodin museum, the Invalides... 


The very modern mall Beaugrenelle, opened at the end of 2013, is reachable within 10 minutes by bus 42 which is just down the building. 


This very central location is ideal because you can reach many tourist places by walking, but you also have several subway stations nearby (Ecole Militaire, Bir Hakeim, RER C Alma within 10 minutes' walk) as well as numerous bus lines such as:
Bus 42 to go to Opera
69 and 87 to Saint-Germain
63 to the Institute for the Arabic World, the stations Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz
80 for the Champs- Elysées, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur Basilica. 


Odile emphasizes that she always travel by bus to enjoy the beauty of Paris.



aBOUT the apartment


Located on the third floor with an elevator of a beautiful building built in 1881, Odile's apartment is quiet and wide. It is typically Parisian with a wooden oak floor, mouldings on the ceilings, fireplaces and large windows which offer a view on the Eiffel Tower. 



The decoration of the living room is harmonious and refined, with light colours, the walls are white with paintings.



Two beautiful chests of drawers, a library, two sofas as well as some armchairs are in the living room, the room is well lit by day light with three large windows framed with white curtains. 

This living room is open to you when Odile is at home, if you want to relax during the day or evening and/or watch the television (news in English). 

Odile pffers two guest rooms which are always reserved for a group of friends, or same family. These two bedrooms are located on one end of Odile's apartment and have their private entry. 



aBOUT Bedroom 428


Your host named the main bedroom ‘Toile de Jouy’ because this refined material is the one used for the curtains, the lamp shade and bed cover. 



It is 13m2 and very quiet as it opens on the inner yard of the building. It offers a single bed for one person (190 cm x 90 cm). Confortable, it is equiped with a desk, a bedside table and a large wardrobe with mirrors. 

The ground is covered with oak wood, there is a carpet that Odile vacuums before each arrival using an anti-bugs product. Hower, is you suffer from allergies, it is better not to make a reservation for this bedroom. 
There is a set for warm drink at your disposal, with coffee, teas, herbal teas.


aBOUT bedroom 429
A second bedroom can be offered if you travel with a friend, or a child. It is located beside your bedroom. 

This second bedroom has been named the yellow bedroom by your host. It is always offered with the Toile de Jouy bedroom because the bathroom has be shared by the two bedrooms. 

It is 12 square meters and offers a single bed for one person (80 cm x 190 cm) with a wooden frame. 
It is simply furnished with pieces of furniture of different styles, such as a magnificent cabinet together with Ikea shelves.


aBOUT bathroom
The bathroom and toilets are private for the guests. It is equipped with a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel dryer. 

The bathroom is well lighted by day light and has its own window to aerate it, which a rare privilege in Paris. 

Bath towels are at your disposal, as well as bath products and a hair dryer.



aBOUT breakfast
Breakfast is served in the charming dining room, a room which is very pleasant and bright s well as quirky and artful with a painted mural on one entire wall.

Breakfast is always made of warm drinks such as coffee, tea, chocolate and milk, and includes butter, jams, fruit juices, fresh bread baguette and croissants. 




Upon request and for an additional cost of 5 euros per day, Odile can also happily provide you with extras: cheese, ham and one egg.
