a few paris places - petite tips

Bonjour friends, here is a mishmash of a few paris places we love, new and old, that we haven't featured for a while, or that we just found. Most are unique and do not get mentioned often enough by other websites...but just might be perfect for you! Enjoy :)

1. Musee du Vin

Did anyone else know about this? A Wine Museum in Paris!
But of course - its obvious!!!

Except we don't know how we miss this!!  And apparently you can have lunch there too in the vaulted cellars of the museum dating from XV century! It looks so amazingly romantic!
Enjoy the museum or wine tasting classes (english speaking)
TIP: The Museum is Free entry if you lunch there!

Where: 5/7 Square Charles Dickens

Rue des Eaux 75016

2. Place Dauphine

Head to the tip of Ile de la Cite, in the middle of all the action in the center of Paris where you'll find an oasis at the place Dauphine. A quiet lovely old square to will away the time and enjoy the romance of the seine in spring!

3. Museum Rodin
One of our absolute favorite museum. A walk, tea, or lunch in the garden in spring is a must. Access the garden for 1 euro.
79, rue de Varenne

4. Mosque de Paris

Drink hot mint tea in the tearoom at Mosque de Paris (2 euros). 39 rue St-Hilaire 75005
You will not experience another atmosphere like it. Quiet and tranquil, meditative moment. Oh and the sweets are to DIE for!

Enjoy the steam room or a massage at the Mosque’s Hammam. The ‘Grommage’ is a body scrub, 30 minute massage, soft soap and a mint tea 58euro. 39 rue Geoffrey Saint-Hilaire, 75005
